Mostpely's Terms & Conditions — Know It, Understand It, Follow It

Mostpely is an online gaming and betting platform built for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Mostpely and its users. By accessing Mostpely's website, mobile app, or any related service, you automatically agree to these Terms.

• The mobile number and email address linked to your account must remain active and accurate. Verification may be required at a later stage.

Mostpely strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from using the platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Mostpely reserves the right to verify your age and identity at any time.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, Mostpely may request any of the following documents:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or Passport
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
• Proof of payment method ownership (matching bKash/Nagad account)

If KYC is not completed, Mostpely reserves the right to restrict withdrawals or limit account features. This process exists to protect you and all other users on the platform.

• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. If detected, the transaction will be voided and the account may be suspended.

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement (e.g., bet 10–30x the bonus amount). Withdrawals from bonus funds will not be permitted until this requirement is met.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once. Using bonuses across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses are typically valid for 7–30 days from the date of claim. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• Mostpely reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer — with prior notice.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, Mostpely reserves the right to investigate and, where necessary, cancel the bonus in question.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is incorrectly processed due to a technical issue, Mostpely reserves the right to void that bet and refund the wager.
• Mostpely may void bets placed on incorrect odds or odds generated as a result of a technical error.
• Mostpely will not be held responsible for disconnections during live betting due to loss of internet connection.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded, subject to Mostpely's specific rules.
• If match-fixing or any other illegal activity is suspected, Mostpely may subject the relevant bets and account to investigation.

Mostpely believes gaming should be a healthy form of entertainment. We never want our users to develop addictive behavior or face financial harm.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limit: Set your own daily betting limit to stay in control.
